From Kyoto Station by Foot:
It takes 17 minutes to walk from the station.
Exit Kyoto Station via Hachijo Exit (south side).
Look for Avanti building on the opposite side of the road.
Go south along Karasuma Street (on right side of Avanti building) for about 5 minutes (540m).
At Kujokarasuma intersection (Joshin store & Kujo subway station), cross the road and turn left.
Head east along Kujo Street for 400m.
Turn right at Kawaramachi Street (big intersection).
Go straight for 250 meters, and you will turn right at a small street with a large gray concrete wall.
Go straight (heading west) for 20m.
Minami House is on your right.
The house has a roller/garage door on the left side, and brown glass doors on the right side.

From Kyoto Station by taxi
Exit Kyoto Station via Hachijo Exit (south side) and go to taxi stand. The taxi ride should cost about 700 yen.
Uber app also works in Kyoto as a taxi app. (Joint business Uber and a taxi company called MK taxi) So if you order an Uber, professional MK taxi driver will come. Payment and control are same as Uber.
